Unless there is a press release or late announcement forthcoming, Alfonso Soriano has not been traded away from the Washington Nationals Baseball Club as of 17:13, 31 July, 2006.

There was a flurry of trade activity in the last couple days, but aside from Mike Stanton there was nothing else involving the Nationals.
